Hey there,

I've noticed that this module has been hanging out unmaintained and there were some askes to get a Drupal 10 compatible version of the module. Seeing as the changes are trivial, I don't see why I couldn't help out and help maintain any maintenance fixes that come along. I do this for about 40 other modules here and there and have been known to "rescue" several from being marked as obsolete either via Security reasons or abandonment.

You can see these efforts in the links of HTML Title, Paragraphs Report, and Views Sort Null Field.

Let me know if you are interested.

For the record, the maintainer draenen does not have a contact tab on their profile and therefore I cannot perform #2 in Becoming owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer of a project, so this will have to suffice as attempt to contact. In two weeks, if there is no response, I will move this issue over to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue to allow site moderators to try and contact draenen.

Project: Datetime Now » Drupal.org project ownership
Version: 1.0.x-dev »
Component: Miscellaneous » Maintaining offer

Moving over to the Project Ownership issue queue for administrator review and contact of the owner of Datetime Now. It appears draenen was active on Drupal.org as little as 4 days ago according to their list of posts.

draenen last logged in a week before this issue has been created. The recent activity on #3251765: Twig debug mode causes parse error in appendXML, for example, was a comment from a different person.

I will contact draenen between seven hours, as I can still contact users using their contact form. (I am past my bed time; that is the reason of the seven-hour delay.)

Apaderno,
Take your time, I'm not in a hurry to get this one, I want to give the maintainer every benefit of the doubt, I'm not looking to "take this away" but I am looking to make sure it stays maintained. It's likely that the maintainer doesn't have email notifications turned on for new issues created in the issue queue. So if you need to take a couple of days or week or what ever, as long as expectations are set, I think due diligence has been done.

I sent the following message.

Hello Caleb,

I am contacting you because Allan (https://www.drupal.org/u/generalredneck) offered to become maintainer for Datetime Now (https://www.drupal.org/project/datetime_now), a project you created for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3442272 about accepting or declining the offer? In the case you accept the offer, you can also add Allan as maintainer.
Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Allan will be probably made maintainer. Please do not reply via email; we need a reply on the offer issue.

Neither project moderators nor site moderators will remove the existing maintainers/co-maintainers; the project owner will not be replaced either. Maintainers cannot change the project owner; co-maintainers/maintainers can only be removed/added by people who have the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers.

Best regards,
Alberto Paderno
