Problem/Motivation

Within Dblog or maillog there are no reports after a user has logged in and email sent the code, is there a way to add reporting in?

Changes from MR look good to me, it makes sense to have logs after a user has logged in and email sent the code
I think this can be merged

Thanks for this work, but I suggest setting the Feature on settings for admin to enable log or disable log.
