Comment cleanup.

Hey jaydub, here's patch that cleans up a bit of the comments. Just a little housekeeping. Wanted to let you know I think you're doing a great job maintaining and that I'll probably be a little more active over the next couple of months. We're going to be needing this feature at my new job soon, so I have a few ideas about the overall architecture (mostly for 6.x probably) that will hopefully simplify some things so that maintenance won't be so bad. If you like the 6.x ideas I hope you'll consider backporting some of them. More on that later, just a heads up :) Keep up the great work man!
