Problem/Motivation

The LENIENT_ALLOW_LIST and COMPOSER_PATCHES_FILE variables were slightly renamed and the old version was deprecated in this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/gitlab_templates/issues/3426292.

The following MR will fix any possible deprecation warnings or issues provoked by that.

I fixed the deprecated variable as part of a wider issue #3432376: Test at all gitlab_templates core variants, but only trigger manually
