TypeError: undefined is not an object

Problem/Motivation

Getting a Type error from Drupal dialog.position.js when entering edit state.

Steps to reproduce

Go to edit a page and open dev tools to see console with error message.

- MacOSx: Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60)
- Safari: 17.3.1 (19617.2.4.11.12)
- Drupal: 10.2.3
- PHP: 8.2.15
- MariaDB: 10.4.32
