I am very interested in using the builder namespace to release my page builder module for Drupal 10 and I definitely need to have ownership of the project to continue the processes.

Due to the fact that the project was Created in 2007 and so far no version has been released, it seems that no further activity is planned.

I'm interested in using it for my new Drupal 10 project.

I am contacting you because Mahyar (https://www.drupal.org/u/mahyarsbt) wants to take over the Builder - generate modules from YAML specs namespace (https://www.drupal.org/project/builder), a project for which you are project owner and sole maintainer. This means a new project with a different purpose will be created.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3395945 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Mahyar will be probably made project owner.
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators.
