Offering to co-maintain PDF Preview Image

@cameron You only need to contact them once. The second time is done by site moderators, if the project maintainers are still active on drupal.org, once this issue is moved on the Drupal.org project ownership queue.
(Yes, this issue has been in the project queue for more than 14 days.)

iuana has logged in at least once this year, but alex.tulbure has last logged in three years ago. (I would not consider him active on drupal.org.)

I sent the following message to iuana.

I am contacting you because Cameron (https://www.drupal.org/u/cameron-prince) offered to co-maintain PDF Preview Image (https://www.drupal.org/project/pdf_preview_image), a project for which you are maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3395063 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Cameron will be probably added as co-maintainer (with all the permissions on the project, except the permission to administer maintainers/co-maintainers).
None of the current maintainers/co-maintainers will be removed by site moderators. Co-maintainers cannot change the project owner nor the maintainers.
