Description: 

There is a new configuration option to the Date Range Formatter, allowing users to select the desired start and end date display format.

The new configuration option provides three choices:

  1. Start and End Date (Default): Displays both the start and end dates in the date range.
  2. Start Date Only: Displays only the start date in the date range.
  3. End Date Only: Displays only the end date in the date range.

Display only start date and display only end date do not work. Full date is showing

This is not working on 10.4.1
