I got this error message when updating the 10.1.4, do I need to do something or not ?

The permissions and/or ownership of your sites/default directory or that file itself mean that the file cannot be updated.

update is done even there was this error, do I still need to do something ?

@freelylw This has been asked so many times, in many versions of Drupal. I encourage investing some effort in searching before opening an issue.
