Following on from #463106: Improve search settings help text, this issue would be a good one to review for wording recommendation #3264123: "Re-index site" button should read "Mark all content for reindexing", and a button is the wrong form element.

#2099099: Indicate maintenance mode status on database update page consensus seems to be it's a won't fix but @quietone wanted ux input.

#3325551: Add "Disable image resize" setting to image fields believe is close and just needs sign off on the formatter text.

From last weeks comment #3386130-2: Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-09-15 i've added #3273173: Allow to JS-filter blocks in regions on the block layout administration page to the list in the issue summary as well as #3325551: Add "Disable image resize" setting to image fields @smustgrave brought up in #4. The other issue in #4 was already discussed in last weeks meeting #3386130: Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-09-15.

But I did not mention the accessibility (a11y) issues that came up during the meeting, and I may have forgotten some other points, so please add further comments if you can.
