I would like to add #2408549: Display status message on configuration forms when there are overridden values to the shortlist. Was following along that issue loosely but manually tested yesterday and also discussed it at yesterdays Drupal Dojo Austin and based on my own testing and the discussion I think it would be reasonable to discuss it in one of the UX meetings.
