Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal 10 with Claro as the admin theme.
Install scheduled_transitions module.
Enable workflows for the blocks.
/admin/config/workflow/workflows/manage/editorial

Visit /admin/content/block/1/scheduled-transitions and add transition.
On the dialog, you will see the Execute transition buttons are not aligned.
