Proposed resolution

  • Change the test traits to convert changedTime and filesize to string before asserting. This allows the test data to remain the same and there is less code to change.
  • Add ->accessCheck(FALSE) to /ubercart/src/Plugin/migrate/destination/CommercePayment.php
  • Skip /modules/ubercart/tests/src/Functional/MigrateUpdateTest.php is Drupal core version is not '9'.
