Problem/Motivation
From the issue queue, I understand Migrate Devel is not being actively maintained. Migrate Devel appears to be unsupported and has its status already changed. See #3366042: Migrate Devel appears to be unsupported
Motivation: This module provides features that are essential for performing migrations. I'm using this module for a various projects. The module needs a D10 release. It is a very useful tool for beginners when learning how to work with the Drupal core Migrate modules.
I'm offering to become maintainer for this project. My employer allows me and my colleagues to spend time on maintaining contrib modules during working hours. One or two colleagues will become co-maintainers of this module.
The current maintainers have already been contacted (#3366042: Migrate Devel appears to be unsupported ), let me know if I need to do this again.

gisleThis project is unsupported, so nobody is monitoring the project's issue queue.
batigolix has alerted me about it, but to added as a maintainer to an abandoned module, the offer to maintain need to be posted in the issue queue for Drupal.org project ownership. To save time, I am moving it there.
I am also adding fabianderijk as a maintainer.
