Problem/Motivation

Field Group is a super helpful and very widely used module. Still the maintainers don't seem to be that active anymore in the last years. There are RTBC'd issues with no maintainer activity for example or major bug issues that maintainers should have an eye on.

As we're using Field Group in all our projects, I'd like to offer my help as maintainer. Please have a look at my profile for references.
Also I'd like to vote for @Grevil as Co-Maintainer who did a great job in issues like this: #3024409: Add option to allow HTML in labels, adding test coverage and found further bugs.

Stalski, who is the only one with the Administer maintainers permission, last posted a comment on 2017. There is not activity on git.drupalcode.org either. I would consider him not anymore active on drupal.org.

I added JeroenT (I mean Anybody) as maintainer (with all the permissions on the project).
