Quite a few of the related issues have still holding RTBCs or are on reasonable MR state while not committed yet? But the release 2.0.12 is out already. Which is very confusing. This should be untangled and reported to understand where to chime in if anything is left to do...

... Or if this all has been committed silently. Which would be a bad decision of course, to trace back possible follow ups.
