Description:
The timeout for outgoing HTTP requests for oEmbed resources is now a container parameter.
The timeout will still default to 5 seconds. Since this value may be too low for some providers, it can now be configured.
Developers can now alter the service to set the parameter to be a higher value. See Altering existing services, providing dynamic services for more information.
