Same phone number showing for each user on Phone verification tab

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

when I register account with a phone number then that phone number is showing in my Phone verification tab. I assigned my self as an admin.

Now I navigate to some other user account's Phone verification tab, then its showing same mobile number as of my number.

Proposed resolution

It seems Phone Verification tab data is showing based on current logged in user, we need to take user id from the URL and then load user twilio data based on it.
