I tested via drupalpod and everything works as expected. Uninstalled and installed a few times and all good.
However, there is something wrong with the CI build. I did try to run the tests on drupalpod but got all sort of failures, about classes and/or services not existing. I don't think that this is introduced in this issue tho, so I'm marking it RTBC.

I think this issue might need to be merged to fix the tests: #3356614: Adapt to rename of CollectIgnoredPathsEvent.
