Update to profile 1.7 or include following patches for profile 1.4

Problem/Motivation

I deleted a user before her profile was removed and got a WSOD when finally deleting it.

The first patch #3116907: Deleted users cause profile collection error is needed. The other is wanted.

Needed for profile 1.4 not 1.7
