Change module descriptions to meet help standards

Problem/Motivation

I was looking at the Extend page and the modules descriptions seemed like they could be improved. I had memories #3060616: Update the module descriptions on the Extend page to fit the Help texts

So let's update the descriptions to what that issue did so that they follow the common format, as described in the Help text standard.

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/structure/modules

Review steps

Test the patch by going to /admin/structure/modules and ensuring that the project description conforms to the Help text standard.
