I just sent the following message to @nielsvm through the contact tab:

Hi,

Could you post a comment on my offer to maintain Generic HTTP Purger (https://www.drupal.org/project/purge_purger_http/issues/3353978)? I would like to become a co-maintainer of this module to merge the Drupal 10 compatibility patch along with any appropriate RTBC issues and create a D10-compatible release.

Thanks in advance,
Dieter Holvoet

The project owner and sole maintainer logged in on drupal.org at least once in the past twelve months. I am going to contact him, if nobody beats me.

This is the message I sent.

Hello Niels,

I am contacting you because Dieter (https://www.drupal.org/u/dieterholvoet) offered to maintain Generic HTTP Purger https://www.drupal.org/project/purge_purger_http), a project for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3353978 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Dieter will be probably made maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A maintainer cannot change the project owner.

I am contacting all people with the explicit permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. In this case, that is only you.

Best regards,
Alberto Paderno
