gisleThe "Spam false positive" tag is used for requests to become a confirmed user for users whose posts have been erroneously flagged as spam from the anti-spam system. Please see tag guidelines.

The user is blocked. This blocking is caused by a subsystem in place to prevent 'bot posts, and is typically happening when some access the site without having Javascript enabled in their browser.

avpadernoThe account has been blocked for the usual reason (Automated block due to spam prevention not loading).
For the information I could gather, JavaScript must be enabled when users log in; if there are extensions that could block JavaScript files, those needs to be disabled.
