The only user who can add co-maintainer has not logged in on drupal.org since more than 10 years ago.

@Guietc Are you sure you do not want to become maintainer, which means having all the permissions on the project? The project owner is not anymore active on drupal.org and as project maintainer I can add you as maintainer without contacting the project owner.

Yes Indeed, I could be maintainer, thanks @apaderno.
I would create a Drupal 9x / 10x version.
The 5x version is still in dev version and obsolete, do you know If I able to delete it ? I can't see any usage on https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/semantic_search

Since there is already a release created by that branch, it is not possible to delete it. It should not be necessary to deleted it, since it is already marked as unsupported.

I added you as maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project).
