Problem/Motivation

The documentation page describes Drupal 7 Unicode functions.

Proposed resolution

It needs to be updated to refer to mb_* functions as per Use mb_* functions instead of Unicode::* methods.

On review I think I made a mistake when I changed the guide for that page. So it is now back with the Drupal 7 documentation.
