Automatically overrule node reference fields to use the custom node reference view

Problem/Motivation

The at_filter_node_reference_widgets module now provides a custom Entity Reference view to be used for link fields and entity reference fields.

The module automatically overrules link fields to use this custom view.
The module should be altered so that it does the same for node reference fields.

The module should also take into account that it shouldn't alter fields that already have a custom setup.
