Problem/Motivation

I would like to become a co-maintainer of this module to merge the Drupal 10 compatibility patch along with any appropriate RTBC issues and create a D10-compatible release.

Proposed resolution

Review my profile and, if approved, add me as co-maintainer with appropriate permissions to merge code, manage issues, and create releases.

Is the 14 day waiting period relevant here, since the current maintainer has no contact tab active on drupal.org, and I see no direct way to contact them?

Edit: my bad, I thought this issue was already in the projectownership queue. Will move it there in a few days after the 14 days period is over, if the current maintainer did not respond to this issue yet.

Hello Nicholas,

I am contacting you because Sven (https://www.drupal.org/u/svendecabooter) offered to co-maintain Tocbot - Automatic Table of Contents (https://www.drupal.org/project/tocbot), a project you created, for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

Ma you post a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/tocbot/issues/3344209 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Sven will be probably made co-maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project, except the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A co-maintainer cannot remove the existing co-maintainers/maintainers nor change the project owner.

I am contacting all the users with the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project, which is this case is just you.

You can leave the issue on this queue. I will take care of it, in the case the project maintainer does not reply about your offer.

Yes, NicholasS has his contact form disabled, but I can always use a user contact form since I am a user administrator.
