Description: 

Before 10.1.0, when a queue is suspended with SuspendQueueException in cron, the queue is skipped entirely and the next queue (if any) is processed. The queue is not revisited until the next cron run.

Now a queue will be revisited in the same request based on if the queue has been suspended for a time that is less than queue.config:suspendMaximumWait seconds.

The default maximum wait time is 30 seconds.

This value can be changed by setting the queue.config:suspendMaximumWait parameter in services.yml.
