Offering to maintain Language Icons

Only the project owner can administer co-maintainers/maintainers. I will contact him.

@Anybody Are you sure you do not need also the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers? (That is essentially the difference between maintainers and co-maintainers, when they are added from site/project moderators). Having it would allow you to add co-maintainers, if necessary.

This is the message I sent when contacting the project owner.

I am contacting you because Julian (https://www.drupal.org/u/anybody) offered to maintain Language Icons (https://www.drupal.org/project/languageicons), a project you created, for which you are project owner and maintainer.

Ma you post a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/languageicons/issues/3181021 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next seven days, Julian will be probably made co-maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project except the one to administer co-maintainers/maintainers) or maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project) in the next 14 days. None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed.

You are the only user with the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. No other users will be contacted about this offer.

The message says without a comment posted on that issue in the next seven days because Freso last posted a comment on 2019 and last logged in more than a year ago.

I changed the status since we are waiting for a reply.

I added Anybody as maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project).
