Problem/Motivation

Scheduler 2.x is fully compatible with Drupal 10 and 2.0.0-rc8 was released on 20 November 2022

Scheduler 8.x-1.x could also be compatible with D10. The latest release is 8.x-1.4 from July 2021, which is compatible with D8 and D9. If 8.x-1.5 was compatible with Drupal 10 it could help sites and admins who ultimately want to upgrade to Scheduler 2.x

Much of the work from the 2.x commits on #3271462: [META] Drupal 10 preparation can be used and re-worked for 8.x-1.x. The first thing is to get the module to be testable and D10.

The failures at 9.5 were due to changing suppress-deprecations: true to suppress-deprecations: false in drupalci.yml

The Rules Integration tests are not being attempted. Something is going wrong with the drupal testbot test discovery.

Now we have the Rules tests running.
