There are several issues that needs to be fixed and I like the module. The maintainer didn't respond yet, especially for the Drupal 10 compatibility.

I am contacting you because Julian (https://www.drupal.org/u/anybody) offered to maintain Taxonomy unique (https://www.drupal.org/project/taxonomy_unique), a project you created, for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

Ma you post a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3330785 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Julian will be probably made maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project). None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed.

I have added Anybody as maintainer. I contacted the project owner 19 days ago, which is more than the 14 days we should wait for.
