Offering to maintain Scroll Up

I contacted all the users with the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. This is the message I sent to the project owner.

Hello Gajendra,

I am contacting you because Vladimir (https://www.drupal.org/u/vladimiraus) offered to maintain the "Scroll Up" module, a project you created, for which you are project owner and maintainer.

Ma you post a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/scrollup/issues/3328347 about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Vladimir will be probably made maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project). None of the current maintainers will be removed, nor will the project owner changed.

I am changing status, since we are waiting for a reply.

14 days are passed. I am going to add VladimirAus as maintainer (user will all the permissions on the project).
