Problem/Motivation

If one site search is used in multiple locations, like the header on desktop AND mobile, for example, then each search input should have a different ID. The for attribute on the label should reflect this new ID.

Example of the error can be found on Vertafore.
Run the WAVE tool. and eview the search input: You will see it says "Multiple form label"

This has been resolved on HRW Film Festival for reference.

This is considered done if the WAVE error is no longer appearing

This appears to actually be a core issue: Cached forms can have duplicate HTML IDs, which disrupts accessible form labels. We will have to see if a temporary/work-around solution can be placed within Prototype.
