#3153614: Implement a way to offer default config templates using Varbase’s ConfigBit to unify admin experience

Would it be better to have an option to switch ConfigBits default hard-coded settings with true/false with a hidden config file for that?
To allow forcing or ignoring the Default Config Template role/action after config saving.
Only for selected Varbase Config Templates
