2️⃣ TUF infrastructure update - Per our last conversation with core, the timing on TUF is as follows:To include in 10.0 - it would need to be ready by beta which is Sept 12.To be ready & tested by Beta, it would be need to be available on D.O by Aug 12 It's not the end of the world if it misses 10.0 - it can go into 10.1 in May - but we'd much prefer to have it sooner. @nnewton is still familiarizing himself with the complexity of the TUF signing system to figure out how to get it stood up.

3️⃣ Looking for feedback on the Composer Stager release candidate: v1.0.0-rc1.
