2️⃣ DA infrastructure for TUF signing update:After resolving some issues that were still outstanding, we're now (a bit later than originally intended) in a pretty good place to start looking at getting this stood up. @drumm will be reaching out to @nnewton at some point soon to get some help with this.

3️⃣ We have 2 remaining issue on the stable blockers list for the Contrib 8.x-2.0 verison [#3275837]probably there is a couple smaller issue we should think about marking as stable blockers. will run through the list tomorrow
