This issue is specific to the Seven theme, so it would be best if the solution was implemented in the seven.css stylesheet instead of styling the entire component. Once Project Browser moves to core, the theme-specific fixes will be moved directly to those themes.

Code looks good and addresses only seven-theme classes and is in seven.css file and addresses the issue.
