Only one keyword is converted to a hyperlink

Hi!

We have two keywords in the same text but only the first is converted to a hyperlink.

Example:

The book is on the table.

"Book" and "Table" are keywords with different destiny to hyperlinks but only "book" is converted to a hyperlink.

We use the 2.0.0 version of module in Drupal 9 and tried the patch in this issue Only one keyword is getting replaced but no worked.

Anybody has this problem and can resolve this?
