When i ran the drupal-check command, it didn't show any error messages. For this reason i believe that everything is right.

Unfortunately the MR was opened to merge into the 8.x-2.x branch, not 8.x-3.x branch. That is the diff is so extreme. Only the creator of the MR can change it.

Currently using the 8.x-2.x branch with Config Filter
Hoping for RC release, or stable 3.0.0 release tag.
Testing now with the 8.x-3.x development branch
