On which themes? I can't find these any of these icons used in core's default admin theme, Claro.
How to use them on other custom links? Is there a default styling provided to some CSS class we may add on fields?

The icons don't display for me. I still needed to use the extlink module to get it. Can you provide direction on how to get the external link icon to display next to my ext links?
