There isn't a review page guide maintainers can use to review the guides that needs to be added. Apparently, the only way is contacting them via chat or their contact form.

I added the guide. The message should not appear anymore.

As side note, the Contributed modules guide is set to automatically approve new guides. The documentation you added should have been added automatically.

Also, a comment left in the discussion page of a guide should appear in the guide maintainer's dashboard, or at least be counted as new comment in the page showing the guides they maintain.
