composer remove drupal/dfp
composer require testudio/dfp

But that doesn't seem right, considering "testudio/dfp" doesn't seem to exist, plus https://git.drupalcode.org/project/dfp/-/tree/8.x-1.x was updated 6/2021 while the only thing similar to that is https://github.com/testudio/dfp-drupal and it was last updated 11/2020.
