hmendes commentedActually there's also an error that appears in the log:
Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\ControllerDoesNotReturnResponseException: The controller must return a "Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Response" object but it returned null. Did you forget to add a return statement somewhere in your controller? in () (line 98 of /app/core/lib/Drupal/Core/EventSubscriber/EarlyRenderingControllerWrapperSubscriber.php).The patch seems to fix both problems, can you see if it solves for you, please?

solideogloria commentedI did still get the error a little bit after installing the patch, but I cleared the cache and maybe that helped? I don't get the notice/warning or error anymore, so it seems to have fixed it.

Notice: fread(): read of 8192 bytes failed with errno=21 Is a directory in Drupal\Core\StreamWrapper\LocalStream->stream_read() (line 180 of /app/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/StreamWrapper/LocalStream.php)
