Problem/Motivation

Obsolete module detection cannot be tested because now Drupal blocks enabling obsolete modules. Recently noticed in module fails.

Remove obsolete testing. We are directly reading info files, so altering info file data is not an option for testing. We keep testing deprecated modules though.

9.2.0 becoming the last supported version also broke a test, we can fix it here I think.
