The core/drupal.date asset library supports browsers that are no longer supported by Drupal. Accordingly this library is deprecated. In addition, Drupal\Core\Render\Element\Date::processDate(), which adds data attribute data-drupal-date-format, is deprecated. The data attribute will no longer appear in markup.

There is no replacement.
