Problem/Motivation

I am unable to upgrade Drush to 11 while this module is in codebase.

Steps to reproduce

composer require drush/drush:^11.0 -W

Proposed resolution

Add Drush "^11.0" to the list of supported Drush versions

Changing the status back as the status change should be needs work if there were something wrong with the MR

This is needed in order to install Drush 11. There's nothing wrong with the merge request, as it currently shows green and passing/mergeable.

4.0.0-rc1 should have the fixes need for Drush 11. Please test. See #3264846: Fix HEAD on 9.3/9.4 (and fix deprecations).

I upgraded to 4.0.0-rc1 and was able to successfully upgrade to drush/drush:^11
