A user has just edited one of the documentation pages with possible spam content. Not sure what the correct process other than reverting his edit.
I'm not sure this is the right issue queue as well.

avpadernoIf the user added hidden, malicious code to a documentation page, I would revert the edit and block the user. If you think the edit was done in bona fide, you can just revert the edit.
If the user account is old and it was used to post many nodes and comments, I would just revert the edit and keep an eye on what done from that user.
