Problem/Motivation

It is not possible to see selected tags in the 'Follow tag' block, when we edit it, because default values are empty. For best example of it issue we need to use dashboards.

Steps to reproduce

- Create/edit dashboard layout
- Add a Follow Tags custom block
- Save dashboard
- Edit dashboard layout
- Got to the Follow tag block configuration
- Tags fields are empty

Proposed resolution

Need to change behavior how we can get default values of selected tags.
