Tags theming is broken while adding long text

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the theme
  2. Create any article
  3. Adding tags in it (text should be long)
  4. Save the article
  5. You will see tags theming is not looks good

This patch looks good to me and applied successfully, moving to RTBC.
