Problem/Motivation

After changes from this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/social/issues/3224631 the welcome message fields are disapered on existing projects. For some reasone form display configuration already have fieldgroup 'group_welcome_message' which is conflics with a new added details.

Proposed resolution

Add updates to remove the existing 'group_welcome_message' fieldgroup.
